“An Expert knows the subject very well. A Model teaches by showing instead of just telling.”  ~ Thomas Leonard

Would you like to know more about what Service dogs can do?

Do you belong to a group that would like an interesting, informative and entertaining presentation about these animals?

If so, we are available to present this program to meet the needs of your group.

When I adopted Hunka I knew that, given his size, he needed to be well behaved.   After a year of Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Canine Good Citizen (CGC) classes, we took and passed the AKC CGC exam.  The following week we passed the exam to become a Registered Therapy Animal Team with Intermountain Therapy Animals (  For 2.5 years Hunka and I had the privilege of going to the local hospital weekly, to visit with both patients and staff alike.

As my circumstance changed I talked with my therapist and doctor, to make sure they were on board, then began 9 months of research (and many more after that) before I knew that Hunka would be a good candidate for a Service Dog in Training.  After passing his Public Access Test (PAT) he became my Service Dog.

It’s been quite a ride:  from adopting Hunka as my very first pet dog, to Registered Therapy Animal Team, to Service Dog in Training and now, Service Dog.  The story of how we got there, and what we learned along the way shapes the presentation.  And, the presentations are both engaging and educational.  By the end you will have a clear overview of the laws, the temperament, the training, and the reality of what these wonderful animals can do, when and for whom!  For many people if opens their eyes to a whole new world.

Please call 406-994-9134, 406-579-2420, or email to find out more.  Please include in your email or voice mail message your name, what group you represent, the date and times you’re wanting the presentation and any other information you feel would be helpful for me to know before we speak.

Presentations can be customized to suit your audience and your time frame.
